Anxiety, disconnection, and repeating patterns aren’t signs of weakness — they’re signals from a system that’s been trying to protect you for a long time.
A dysregulated nervous system doesn’t just affect stress levels, it influences how alive, confident, and free you feel in your life.
When your body is stuck in protection, it’s hard to access your full self.
The good news is this isn’t permanent.
With the right kind of support, your nervous system can learn safety — and everything begins to shift.

What to expect inside
Calming The Anxious Body
Each 1.5 hour call is taught LIVE by me on Zoom! You’ll learn how to feel more in control of your nervous system with science-backed tools to make lasting change in your life.
During our 6 weeks together, you’ll be part of a small, supportive group of people moving through this work alongside you. The community becomes a place where you can feel seen, reflected, and less alone as you practice showing up in new ways.
You will learn somatic tools tailored to how dysregulation shows up for you, so you can recognize it sooner, support your nervous system in real time, helping your system learn new, more supportive patterns.
Everything you will learn in 6 weeks together:

WEEK #1
Foundations of Regulation
Tangible tools and steps to actually change your experience so you can move through life with greater ease and presence
Creating a detailed map of your stress response which will guide you in knowing what’s happening internally at any given moment and how to work through it
3 Somatic tools to regulate your nervous system anywhere and how to use them
A workbook with prompts, tools, and exercises to integrate this work into your life

WEEK #2
Cultivating Safety in the Body and Heal Old Wounds that are Holding You Back
Explore and build a relationship with what safety actually feels like for you and how to return to it
Learn how to gently bring your system out of high alert and move out of trigger easier
Practice IFS parts work and tangible tools in a way that feels supportive and builds self love and compassion
Build a sense of internal steadiness you can return to at any point
Begin trusting your body instead of fighting it

WEEK #3
Understand what is your intuition vs a trauma response
Learn how to make decisions from a grounded place instead of fear
Build internal and external boundaries and learn how to reparent yourself for greater self love and confidence
Feel more comfortable expressing yourself and increase follow through on what you desire
1-hour group calls where your questions will be answered in a 1:1 style by me to receive the best support possible
A deeper understanding of the materials and concepts
A way to connect and co-regulate with the other people in your group (which is absolutely crucial for healing!)

Getting Unstuck from Overwhelm and Stepping into Your Authentic Self
Creating a detailed map of activators and how to navigate them when they arise
Creating an Action Plan Map to explore where you’re stuck and how to begin shifting this
How to take tolerable steps toward your purpose, relationships, and whatever else you may be desiring
How to continue building on this work after the program

When are the zoom calls?
The zoom calls will be Tuesdays at 530pm PST
What materials are included in the program?
You’ll receive thoughtfully designed workbooks and integration worksheets to support your learning, along with practical, evidence-based somatic tools you can use in daily life. All live sessions are recorded, so you’ll have access to replays and can revisit the material at your own pace.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of this work and the depth of the container, all sales are final and refunds are not offered.
Will I have access to the materials and call replays after the program is complete?
Yes! You have life time access to all of the materials offered in the program.
What if I already have some experience with somatics or IFS?
Prior experience is welcome! Calming the Anxious Body focuses on deepening embodiment and integration, not just learning concepts. Even if you’re familiar with somatic work or IFS, you’ll have the opportunity to slow down, refine your awareness, and apply the work in a more consistent, lived way.
What if I can't make the calls?
That is totally okay! All calls are recorded and replays are included, so you can watch them on your own time. While live attendance can be supportive, it’s not required to benefit from the program.
